We'll respond with a qualification call within the same business day, and a written proposal within 5–7 business days of that call. What to share in your first message
To speed up the first response, share the event type (townhall, launch, exhibition, gala, National Day activation, etc.), the target date or month, the approximate headcount, and the city. Budget range is optional at first contact — helpful if you have it, not required. If the event is urgent (under 3 weeks to execution), mention it up front so we can prioritize the call.
